Barb coordinates our efforts to serve and do good in our community, overseeing a team that plans service projects, benevolence, and support of other local agencies. She loves her husband and best friend, Richard, their 5 children and spouses and 12 grandchildren. Barb loves all her animals, camping, canoeing, campfires and just generally being outside. April helps people find their best fit at MCC by helping our ministry leaders communicate their needs, and by helping people understand their gifting. Jeremy and his wife April moved to Huntsville in 2007 in order to start Muskoka Community Church. They have three children attending Huntsville schools, and are actively involved in many aspects of the local community. Born and raised in Fort Erie, Ontario, Jeremy studied at Huntington University in Indiana, before serving churches in Winchester, Virginia. After graduating with his MA from McMaster Divinity College in 2017, he plans to pursue doctoral studies in the near future. In his free time, he enjoys art, music, curling, golf, cooking, and spending time outdoors.Read More
Brian oversees the cleaning and general maintenance of our facility, assisted by volunteers who give their time to make sure our space is spic and span. Brain started attending MCC with his dogs at Church in the Park and has continued to enjoy the fellowship of the church. During the week, works at a regional non-profit that helps those with Mental Health issues as a Senior Manager of Strategy Management. He enjoys all that Muskoka area has to offer, including downhill skiing and ATVing.Read More
Rachel leads our Children's Ministry and serves with an incredible team of volunteers. Her passion is children and women. Al Brown leads our small group ministry by providing guidance to our small group leaders. Al explains his passion for small groups here, "I love Small Groups because these caring groups provide the opportunities to ask questions, dig deeper into the scriptures from the Sunday service and allow supportive friendships to develop naturally over time."
Al has been blessed to have volunteered in prisons over the past 13 years, both here and in Asia.

Katherine ("Kath") leads our Welcome and Connections Team, helping newcomers feel welcomed and get connected to the church community. Katherine is a Regional Director for a hotel company that takes her across Canada and the United States; however Huntsville it the place she has always called home and moved back to the area in 2015 to be closer to her full extended family.Read More
Christine ("Chris") leads our Hospitality Team, who serve by preparing coffee and other beverages on Sunday mornings to help people feel at home, as well as getting communion ready each month.
